2026 Registration Policies and Procedures
Scholarship Process
If you checked the box when registering that you are interested in a scholarship this spring you will receive a form by the afternoon of Monday December 8, 2025 that must be filled out, signed and submitted by Monday December 15, 2025. Forms submitted after December 15, 2025 will forgo your eligibility for a scholarship.
The information provided will be confidential and only discussed amongst the Executive Board to determine eligibility.
Refund Policy
100% refund for all divisions if you drop out on or before December 31, 2025.
After December 31, 2025 but before January 24, 2026 registration will be refunded at 50%.
After January 24, 2026 no refunds will be given.
Buyout fee is refunded in full at any time.
Outstanding Balances
All outstanding balances are due by December 20, 2025.
Balance remaining on account on December 21, 2025 will move your child onto our waitlist, your 2026 registration payment will then go towards outstanding balance. Any remaining credits after paying your balance will get refunded to you.
Waitlist Process
It pains us to turn any kids away from playing baseball; however, we need a partnership with families who step up and get involved in order for our league to operate and have quality coaches for our teams.
If we have enough kids on the waitlist to form an additional team and someone that is qualified and willing to coach we will add a team.
If there are not enough to form an additional team, we will do our best to place your child on a team that is full based on our recommended team size roster.

Any personal information provided will not be traded, rented, sold or otherwise shared with anyone outside of CARMEL UNIFIED YOUTH BASEBALL, or used for reasons beyond those contemplated in this statement. SECURITY

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet." (etc.)
Furthermore, your credit card number, expiration date and CSV code is never stored in our systems.
Our systems are routinely scanned by a third party provider for security vulnerabilities in compliance with the policies of VISA / MASTERCARD.
