Facility Rules & Expectation Carmel Youth Baseball is a non-profit organization ran solely by volunteers. A lot of time and monies goes into our facilities to ensure they are safe and baseball ready.
We rely and depend heavily on our board, coaching staff and our families to look after our facilities to ensure they are well taken care of, respected and rules are followed and enforced. Please take the time to give our facilities the care and time they deserve. Be sure to step in if you witness vandalism and/or misuse of our facilities and report any and all incidents to the your Coach and/or President.
Our facilities are owned by other organizations and therefore it is imperative we abide by the rules and expectations that are in place.

Larson: No one is allowed to access Larson facilities before 2pm Monday through Friday, before 8am on Saturdays and no access is allowed on Sundays. Larson is not a public park and is closed when not in use by the Mission or CYB.
CMS Pony: The facility is located on Carmel Middle School campus, therefore there will be school related activity in surrounding areas.
Building Access
Bathrooms and equipment sheds are to only be open by board members and/or coaches. Combinations are forbidden to be given out to any one other than those authorized to have them by the CYB board. Buildings should always remain closed and all buildings should be locked by the last team that left the facilities. If you discover a building left open and/or unlocked please report to a board member or coach immediately.
Bathrooms
Our volunteers do their best to keep our bathrooms clean, orderly and stocked. We have had a significant amount of vandalism of our bathroom facilities. Please keep an eye out and address and report any vandalism.
Events
No events should take place on the grounds. Events occasionally take place at Dampierre but only if its been preapproved by the CYB board.
Gators
Coaches are to utilize the gators for field prep only. No minors are permitted to operate or ride any vehicles or equipment used on our facilities.
Music
CYB currently allows music during team practices and/or games as long as its appropriate and does not affect the surrounding areas. All music must be appropriate and free of profanity. Take in to account of the surrounding houses and community members. If music is used during practices and/or games, the speakers must be pointed away from the houses and be sure the volume is appropriate. If this becomes a problem and/or we get complaints, the CYB Executive Board will ban music from league events.
Animals
No dogs are allowed on any of our fields.
Larson & CMS Pony: No animals are permitted on the property.
